This page explains what happens to information you send through this website.
What we collect
- What you enter on the price form: your name, phone, email, street, property details, window counts, notes and photos.
- Questions you type into the Optic assistant and its answers.
- Your network address and browser type, used to stop spam and abuse.
How we use it
Only to give you a price, schedule and do the work, and answer your questions. Photos are stored privately and used to quote your job. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Texts
If you check the first box, Optic texts you about your quote and visit. If you also check the marketing box, Optic may text you seasonal reminders and offers, up to 4 messages a month. Marketing consent is never required to buy. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a record of when you opted in. Phone numbers and opt in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
Information is stored with Supabase, email is delivered by Resend, the site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the assistant runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. They process it only to run these services.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent, text 218.451.6780. California residents have the right to know, correct and delete their personal information, and we do not sell or share it.
