Estimates
The website estimator and the Optic assistant give estimates only. Your price is the written price Devan sends you after seeing your windows. Once you accept a written price, that is what you pay unless you agree to a change before work starts.
The assistant
The Optic assistant is an automated tool. It can make mistakes and cannot book, change or confirm a visit. Anything it says about price or timing is confirmed only in writing by Devan.
Photos you send
Send only photos of property you own or manage. Photos are used to quote and do your job.
