A real example.
A 20 window home cleaned inside and out four times a year is $1,480 at one time prices. On the Quarterly plan it is $1,184, and screens are free. That is $296 back in your pocket before the screens. Want glass that never gets a chance to look dirty? Monthly outside cleaning for the same home is $180 a visit.

Plan questions.
Do you offer window cleaning plans?
Yes, three. Twice a year takes 10 percent off every visit. Quarterly takes 20 percent off every visit and cleans your screens free. Monthly takes 25 percent off every visit, cleans screens free, and is built for outside glass that always looks fresh, with inside cleaning added at the same discount whenever you want it. Plan members get their price locked for 12 months, first pick of the calendar, and a free touch up if rain spots the outside glass within 7 days. No contract. Skip or cancel anytime by text.
How do Optic prices compare to typical window cleaning prices?
Published cost guides put a standard window at about $7 to $20 to clean, around $15 on average, and screens at $7 to $19 each. Optic is $12 a window outside, $18.50 inside and out, and $5 a screen, and plan members take 10 to 25 percent off every visit. Your written price comes before any work.
How does the Optic referral program work?
Send a friend or neighbor to Optic. When they book their first cleaning, they get $25 off and you get $25 off your next cleaning. There is no limit, so five referrals means $125 off.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Every visit has a $125 minimum, after any plan discount. Most homes are well above it, and it keeps small jobs worth the drive so the schedule stays reliable for everyone.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most East Bay homes do well with a cleaning in spring and again in fall, since dry summers leave dust and the first rains leave spots. Storefronts usually look best with a cleaning every two to four weeks.
Will the price change when you show up?
No. What Devan quotes is what you pay. If something on site is different from the photos, he tells you before he starts and you decide. Nothing gets added at the door.
